What we will be covering during the two days of workshops.
Success in any professional or personal setting starts with effective communication. In this session, we’ll explore the DISC Model, helping you identify your natural communication and personality style and recognize the styles of those around you. Whether you're working with colleagues, vendors, trades, clients, or partners, understanding DISC will allow you to adapt your approach, improve collaboration, and reduce misunderstandings. By the end of this session, you’ll have a shared language for more effective and productive interactions across all areas of your work and relationships.
Why do some tasks energize you while others leave you drained? The Working Genius framework helps you identify your natural strengths while recognizing areas that may slow you down. Whether you work solo, lead a team, or collaborate with other businesses to execute projects, this session will help you:
>> Clarify which parts of work fuel your energy and which create frustration
>> Strategically align yourself with the right people and resources to complement your working style
>> Optimize how you contribute to projects—focusing on your genius while ensuring other key areas are covered
By the end, you’ll have a better understanding of where you thrive and how to structure your work and partnerships for maximum impact.
True success isn’t just about productivity—it’s about balance. In this session, we’ll go beyond scheduling tasks and focus on creating a daily structure that nurtures both personal and professional well-being. You’ll learn how to:
>> Prioritize time for work, rest, relationships, and personal growth
>> Identify and eliminate energy-draining habits
>> Structure your day in a way that supports a well-rounded, fulfilling life
By the end, you’ll have a customized blueprint for a balanced day, helping you manage responsibilities without sacrificing joy, health, and personal time.
Success doesn’t happen by chance—it happens by design. This session is focused on creating a clear vision for the year ahead and mapping out the specific actions needed to achieve it. You’ll:
>> Define success both personally and professionally
>> Set SMARTER goals that align with your vision
>> Break down big goals into actionable steps to maintain momentum
By the end of this session, you’ll have a strategic roadmap for success—one that ensures you stay focused, aligned, and intentional in both your personal and professional growth throughout the year.
Feeling overwhelmed by competing priorities? This session is packed with high-impact strategies to boost focus, eliminate distractions, and optimize your time. Learn practical techniques to prioritize effectively, increase momentum, and get more done—without burnout. You can achieve more in less time while leading a more balanced life.
